I got  this from a blog I came across oneday.  I think it's important and much needed when the parenting mind continues to want to tell our kids "no" about a lot of things...no you can't do this, no not today, no but maybe later, no it's not a good time, no I don't want to, no I don't feel comfortable with that, no I'm too tired, um, no.
