One day we went out front. We saw a very big praying mantis. This mantis tried 3 or 4 times to make it up the wall..she kept slip sliding down. We watched her for about 10 minutes. Later, I believe I heard Charlie Brown music as The Girl hobbled around the yard with her shoulders hunkered down. She's so dang cute, I just want to tackle her!!

Oh my goodness. You live where there are praying mantises?! Americans are so brave. Poisonous spiders, rats, killer bees, gigantic praying mantises, huge cockroaches.... I couldn't do it. I'd be terrified everyday. My province is rat free. Really. I MAY NEVER LEAVE.
