it took to blossom."

Insense Works Wonders

this photo is from last summer.  there are no leaves on that background tree nowadays.

today has been a meandering day of epic relaxing.  me and the kids had breakfast at Megan's gorgeous red-roofed home in the lovely vermillion cliffs area. (waffles with berries and cream and eggs).  great conversation ensued, good coffee drank.  it's nice to have friends that are awesome and that inspire me.

then it was on to a day of sitting outside reading books and trying to catch the sun on my toes.
i am burning insense to cover up the brussel sprout stench that encroached my home after I sauteed some up in butter.  i kept walking in the house after the sprout making and saying, "who just went to the bathroom?"

corey is on his way home from SLC. love that man.

i am looking forward to an hour or so at another friend's (yes..I have 2) home later this evening...just me!  hanging out and chattin away.  should be fun!  (and we are going to have nacho's or something else equally good) score! (i never say score, but i just did.)

i have great plans for dancing and singing around the house this week.  i am going on week 2 of being sick for goodness gracious sakes alive!! week 1: flu.  week 2: sinus infection.  week 3: dancing and singing around the house.

life is good.
i'm going to have an aha moment in march.  i've decided.
happy sunday all!!
