reminders to meself

  • be happy
  • be proud of what you've accomplished
  • be kind to everyone
  • be gentle with yourself
  • be in the moment
  • be.
...and enjoy the simple wonders of my life.  Know that I am not my mistakes.  I am not those little things that pick apart my ego and tell me I'm no good.  I am all the other goodies that come from my spirit.  Those other things are just there to throw me off and to make me hunker down.  I am inherently good and I know it!
