A Fact For You To Know
Shredded cheese (that you shred yourself) tastes better than a broken off piece from the chunk o' cheese. Don't question what is. Just know that it is so. Happy day to you! Love, Jenny
NO WAY! I only buy chunks and use the food processor to shred it...I love the fresh from the processor shredded cheese. So much better than from a bag. I could eat a pound of it.
I wonder if living Wisconsin (the dairy state) has something to do with it?!?!
Oh yah!!! I meant to say "freshly" shredded cheese from a chunk. I hate bagged. I need to go back and re-do my wording. I meant "fresh" shredded as opposed to a cut off piece of the big chunk.
