it took to blossom."

Anticipating Midnight Floaties

Remembering 2 Winter's ago....
And realizing how much I love it here! How I can't wait! I love the feeling of Winter. The crisp, chilly air. My childrens' red cheeks and noses when they come inside. The smell of wood burning in our stove...and the warmth. Feeling cozy inside when it's freezing outside. I love waking up to get a drink at midnight, then looking out the window to discover the beauty of glowing snowflakes, floating down from the darkened sky. It's the most amazing feeling in the world.
(Lucas)

The only word I can think of to describe it is.. magical.

You are such a girl of the seasons! And to think you grew up in Tempe! Winter (snow, ice and frost) is such a good thing. I'm going to be in Michigan and Colorado for the Christmas/New Years Season - can't wait.
