Por Favor Amigos eh Ranchero Burrito (I mean enchilada)

So, this will be the 2nd time in 4 days that I will make (put in the oven) this oh so gourmet mexican meal. As I ate it the other day, all I could think about was "If I were to go to a potluck, I would delicately place this already pre-made meal into a corning ware dish and pretend I cooked it!" Yes I would. I am a faker and I know it. But this is darn good stuff people. It taste's real (there is actual melty cheese and everything!) and is not too salty or glue-yish. I am proud of Stouffer and their ensheeelathas!!! Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray! Go get some at your local grocer today.

For a greater desired effect of "realness", sprinkle some fresh cilantro and green onions atop. Bon appetit! (feeds a family of 4 no problemo)(the broadcasters in your area are conducting a test and if this were an actual food emergency...just go to your local Taco Bell. Beeeeeeeeep.)

I usually do the stouffer's lasagna but I will try the enchilada's too. I am proud to say I am a faker too. Who has time for cooking with all these kids?

Yup...Coleen is a faker. LOL! Stouffers does make some yummy stuff...better than other frozen brands by far.
