Sexiness....or not

Try to balance mommyhood with your inner sexy woman-ness and you find that the scale always tips to one side more. And you get confused sometimes. It's tempting to fake it and put something heavy on either end, but you cannot find the right balancing item to even it out. Who are you, you wonder.

Mommy? Sexy wife? Just a girl with crazy hair? You crave nights out on the town. (well, not this town...a more upbeat "city" type for fun-to-be-had kind of stuff) You think about getting dressed all cute and girl-like during the day, but when 4:00 rolls around and you're still in your pajamas, you say WHAT THE??!!! and then start to cuss.

It is quite a transition into mommydom and there is no room (besides the laundry-room..where you decide to only wash YOUR clothes that day) in which to be selfish. You must be responsible without being sexy anymore!!
